Great coffee and great location!

Good service, good food.

Have been to the Ratscafe many times. Price-performance ratio is ok. Even today with the great weather we wanted to have lunch in the sun. When I called and asked about a table in the sun, there was the answer "There is no sun in the sun" to the question why and whether there are no seats outside then the answer is that there are no reservations outside. That's ok, but friendly is different. Then another restaurant earns money on our family lunch.

Very pleasant ambience in the heart of the old town of Görlitz. Nice staff, good selection of small dishes and drinks. Also ideal for family celebrations.

It was October 3rd. The family, with whom we took the 2 free seats, waited 45 minutes for the drink and I supported both guests - told the waitress that it couldn't be done that way. It continued quickly for the people of Lübeck with food and drink. We wanted to get a coffee and cake and from the beginning we would have to wait a lot. Then they supported us with a reminder for the order. I got my cake with capucino and my husband got his espresso, but not the Sachertorte at all, although they waited until late. Well, we celebrated the day of the unification of Germany.

Very charming location, atmospheric place, plus a Polish menu, while the service, despite the will to do not know the dishes from the Polish menu, speaks almost no English, today I got a salad - it was not the one I ordered, the same situation with beer. The food itself is tasty but not crazy.

We waited 32 minutes for a non-alcoholic beer and a feather white one. The white feather was then tipped onto my pants by the waiter. Is not recommended

The ambience is very nice and cozy, the food very tasty and the service very friendly, we Swiss like to come back in the middle of a beautiful and impressive old town.

Historic place, friendly service, excellent Pinot Blanc - but you have to bring your time.

We went there for breakfast on Sunday and we were not disappointed. The breakfast selection was very good and sufficient. I wanted to have the farmer's breakfast at 10 a.m., but it's only served at lunchtime ... I got it. Thank you boss, I was as happy as a little child. The cake offer watered my tooth ... Service was nice, friendly and quick enough. You really have to go to the cellar, because these vaults are sensational .. Good tip when visiting Görlitz.

Very centrally located in the old town. The atmosphere is cozy, nice and inviting. The food was delicious. The prices are clear. Maybe everything could have gone a little faster. You wait a little bit for both the food and the bill. Still 5 stars. Everything great.

Very nice café to stay. The pastries are prepared with love. Be sure to try the hot chocolate. It is not too sweet and complements the cake offer wonderfully. Very courteous service. We felt very comfortable.

Looks great but the coffee was nothing special and the cakes mass produced. Went for breakfast and arrived 20 minutes after opening, waited for quite a while before someone came to take our order to be told that there was no breakfast left apart from eggs. There are many other options in Görlitz that offer much better quality and service. Won't be returning.

Stopped for tea and coffee. Had a strudel. Great place to stop.

Amazing place with genius loci, delicious coffee and pancakes. Perhaps only waiting for an order could be shorter, 40 minutes really seem quite long. But otherwise it was great, including nice service.

Just as expected, great again. Took a trip to Gorlitz especially for the Ratscafe, to have a great lunch accompanied by my number one beer. Great food, great service, and I had one!

Cakes were substandard. Good location but poor service and quality. *Apple-studel took 45 min to defrost! Staff did not notice but was ready to bring the bill. Did not offer a discount for poor service and was unfriendly when asked. Never again!
